Bona Film Group Announces Resignation of Vice President of Domestic Distribution Business

BEIJING, March 17, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bona Film Group Limited ("Bona" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:BONA), a leading film distributor and vertically integrated film company in China, today announced that Mr. Hao Zhang, vice president of the Company's domestic distribution business, has tendered his resignation for personal reasons, effective March 17, 2015.

"During his tenure, Mr. Zhang played a critical role in the development of Bona's film distribution business, which has enhanced the growth of Bona's films domestically," said Bona's founder, Chairman and CEO Mr. Yu Dong.
