MALVERN, Pa., March 17, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Liberty Property Trust (NYSE:LPT), announced today that its limited partnership subsidiary, Liberty Property Limited Partnership, has priced a $400 million offering of 3.750% senior unsecured notes under its existing shelf registration statement. The notes are due April 1, 2025. The offering is expected to close on March 24, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions. The net proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, including repayment of borrowings under the Company's $800.0 million credit facility.
