DES MOINES, Iowa, April 2, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- DomiKnow, Inc. (OTC:DMNO) announced that it has changed its corporate name to Gooi Global, Inc.
The name change was approved by FINRA and OTC markets effective today.
In announcing this change, Mark White, Chief Executive Officer, said, "The change in name from DomiKnow to Gooi Global reflects the dramatic changes in our business strategy that have been executed over the past nine months. The fresh imagery of the name allows us to embark on our next chapter of opportunities in the mortgage services and data solutions businesses with renewed focus and energy."
DomiKnow, Inc. recently announced its intention to launch new businesses in the mortgage banking services vertical and the emerging predictive analytics businesses.
As part of the name change, the company will now trade as "GOOI" on the OTC PINK exchange. That change is effective immediately.
Elaborating on the change in name, Mr. White remarked, "DomiKnow had established name recognition in the marketing services business.
