In addition, SAGE has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 342,857 shares of common stock on the same terms and conditions.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Goldman, Sachs & Co. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Leerink Partners LLC and Cowen and Company, LLC are serving as co-managers. The offering is expected to close on or about April 20, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.
