Cell phone ringing to tune of 'Let It Go' interrupts senate hearing

Ladies and gentlemen, please silence your cell phones or turn off your mobile devices.

At Thursday's Senate Finance hearing on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C., Senator Pat Roberts (R-KS) must have missed this all-too-popular memo. While U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack was speaking on tariff policy, Roberts' cell phone rang to the tune of Disney's "Let It Go" from the hit film "Frozen." (Tweet This)

The room's reaction was priceless.

After quickly silencing his phone, Roberts responded to the gaffe by saying, "just 'let it go,'" and apologized to the chuckling room for the unexpected interruption.

The moment quickly went viral across social media. You can watch the full video here.
