Smartphone users might wonder if the "edge" feature is the only thing distinguishing Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge from the S6. Both share identical features such as the silicone case, a 5.1-inch AMOLED screen and memory capacity of 3GB (RAM). Furthermore, they boast of a built-in capacity for wireless charging, which does not require any connection to the phone. Smartphones are placed on top of the charger pad.
The Galaxy S6 Edge has a higher battery capacity of 2600mAh compared to the S6 because of its larger display. Popular features such as Edge Lighting and NightClock are displayed on its curved edge.
According to Adrian Kingsley-Hughes from CNET, their removable batteries have spared consumers from disappointment. "The battery is actually removable, as long as you're happy to deal with adhesive, a handful of tiny screws, removing the circuit board and voiding the warranty," Hughes said.
