ALPHEN AAN DEN RIJN, Netherlands, April 22, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- At today's Annual General Meeting, shareholders of Wolters Kluwer approved all voting items on the agenda including adoption of the company's 2014 financial statements and approval of the dividend increase to €0.71 per ordinary share. Mr. Ben J. Noteboom was appointed as a new member of Wolters Kluwer's Supervisory Board.
The shareholders of Wolters Kluwer were represented in person, by proxy voting, or by voting instruction, representing a total of 54.79% of the total issued share capital entitled to vote. Shareholders approved all voting items on the agenda.
