Idaho Independent Bank Announces Adoption of Stock Buyback Plan

COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho, April 30, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Jack W. Gustavel, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Idaho Independent Bank ("IIB" or the "Bank") (OTC:IIBK), announced today that IIB's Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $2 million of IIB's Common Stock. Shares may be purchased under the Buyback Plan in the open market or in privately negotiated transactions. Repurchased shares may be used in connection with IIB's employee benefit plans and/or for other corporate purposes. Purchases under the Buyback Plan are subject to availability, market, and other factors.
