(Nasdaq:ALDX) (Aldeyra), a biotechnology company focused on the development of products to treat diseases related to free aldehydes, today announced the pricing of its follow-on public offering of 2,700,000 shares of its common stock at $7.50 per share. All shares of common stock to be sold in the offering are being offered by Aldeyra. Aldeyra has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 405,000 shares of common stock.
The offering is expected to close on or about May 13, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.
Cowen and Company, LLC and Canaccord Genuity Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers and Janney Montgomery Scott LLC and Laidlaw & Company (UK) Ltd. are acting as co-managers for the offering.
