(Nasdaq:COLL) announced today the closing of its initial public offering of 6,670,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $12.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions, including shares issued upon the exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares, resulting in gross proceeds of $80.0 million. The company's shares began trading on The NASDAQ Global Select Market on Thursday, May 7, 2015 under the ticker symbol "COLL."
