HOLLYWOOD, Fla., May 29, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- HOA's often run into trouble when their finances are not handled correctly. Marc Rodriguez, vice president of Association Services of Florida (ASF), an Associa company, knows all too well about the importance of protecting an association's money and he'll be sharing some of his insight this weekend at Condo Craze and HOAs Live Radio Show and Day of Education.
Rodriguez will be teaching a class from 10 – 11 a.m. this Sunday, May 31 at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida. He'll also be a featured guest during the afternoon's live radio broadcast on WFTL 850 AM.
"The success and effectiveness of any homeowners' association is directly affected by how it manages it money," says Rodriguez. "I think association boards and homeowners within HOA communities can take away wealth of information from my presentation and others during this day of education."
The entire event is free and begins at 7 a.m. with breakfast followed by numerous education sessions about topics such as board certification, financial management, hurricane preparedness, community elections and more. There will be raffles and giveaways throughout the day and guests can attend the live radio show from 12 – 1 p.m.
