(OTCQB:BCYP), developer of patented mobile consumer shopping engagement solutions for retailers and product manufacturers, today announced the Court has reset a Claim Construction Hearing, or "Markman hearing" for July 8, 2015 in the Eastern District of Texas for Blue Calypso's patent infringement lawsuits against Groupon (Nasdaq:GRPN), Foursquare, Yelp (Nasdaq:YELP) and IZEA (OTCQB:IZEA). The hearing had been scheduled for Jun 29, 2015. Judge Rodney Gilstrap will preside.
