(Nasdaq:OMEX), a pioneer in the field of deep-ocean exploration, announced today that Odyssey stockholders overwhelmingly approved all of the proposals described in the company's definitive proxy statement filed on April 29, 2015, including the proposal to adopt and approve the Purchase Agreement dated March 11, 2015, which received the affirmative vote of 98.4% of the votes cast, and all other proposals related to the transactions contemplated by the Purchase Agreement.
