The ExOne Company Filed Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q; Now Fully Compliant With NASDAQ Listing Rules

NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., June 15, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The ExOne Company (Nasdaq:XONE) ("ExOne" or "the Company"), a global provider of three-dimensional ("3D") printing machines and 3D printed and other products to industrial customers, announced today that it filed its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 (the "10-Q") with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on June 12, 2015 and also responded to Nasdaq's May 12, 2015 notice of non-compliance due solely to the delayed filing of the 10-Q. ExOne's filing of the 10-Q and response to Nasdaq are well before Nasdaq's July 13, 2015 deadline to submit a compliance plan. The Company is now fully compliant with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which requires the timely filing of all periodic reports with the SEC.
