(Nasdaq:FENX), a leading recycler and reseller of original equipment manufacturer ("OEM") automotive products, today announced the schedule for the company's upcoming filings and financial announcements. The Form 10-Q for the first quarter of 2015 will be filed on Monday, June 29, 2015. The filing will include the financial statements of Fenix Parts, Inc., the designated accounting acquirer, as well as the financial statements for the combined Beagell Group and the combined Standard companies, the designated accounting co-predecessors (as such companies were described in the prospectus dated May 14, 2015 for Fenix's initial public offering).
