(Nasdaq:FRSH) the world's leading take 'n' bake pizza franchise, today announced it has signed a new 10-year lease agreement with Clark Center LLC to expand its existing corporate headquarters located at 8000 NE Parkway Drive in Vancouver, Washington. In addition to the lease renewal, Papa Murphy's will be increasing the company's headquarters size by approximately 10 percent.

As part of the lease renewal, the company will have partial use of the building's first floor and full use of the second and third floors. Papa Murphy's currently occupies the entire third floor of the building and part of the first and second floors. The company expects to occupy the new space by January 2016.
