American Assets Trust, Inc. Awarded Investment Grade Credit Ratings From Fitch, Moody's, and Standard & Poor's

SAN DIEGO, July 6, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- American Assets Trust, Inc. (NYSE:AAT) (the "Company") announced today it earned investment grade credit ratings from all three major U.S. credit rating agencies. The Company was assigned a BBB rating from Fitch Ratings, a Baa3 rating from Moody's Investor Service and a BBB- rating from Standard and Poor's Ratings Services. All three credit ratings have a stable outlook.
