Bill Miller: Now is the time to buy Twitter

Legendary fund manager Bill Miller believes investors should use the recent pullback in Twitter shares as a buying opportunity.

In an exclusive CNBC Pro interview Wednesday, he said shares of the social media company appear undervalued and could move higher from here.

"At its fundamental core, Twitter is a giant global sensor network with the sensors being people," said Miller, labeling the company as one of the top sources of news.
