July 15 marks Amazon's inaugural one-day shopping event, "Prime Day," which the tech giant says will have "more deals than Black Friday." The event is intended to give Prime members—those who pay $99 per year for faster shipping on a variety of products—access to exclusive deals on everything from electronics to outdoor items.
In honor of "Prime Day," here is a list of the most random and wild items you can find on Amazon.
1. Banana Slicer – $4.79
A viral hit in its own right, this banana slicer has managed to garner itself 3.9 out of 5 stars on Amazon with over 5,000 customer reviews. That's a lot of banana lovers. The seller states the slicer is faster and safer than using a knife and that "kids love slicing their own bananas."
2. 1,500 Live Lady Bugs – $8.99
With "guaranteed live delivery," how could you go wrong? Complete with a ladybug life cycle poster and an educational sheet with tips and facts, 1,500 live ladybugs are "great for kids, birthday parties and school projects," according to the seller.
3. Canned Unicorn Meat – $14.70
Spoiler alert: This "excellent source of sparkles" actually turns out to be a dismembered stuffed animal unicorn in a can. However, at first glance, the "magic in every bite" slogan is enough to make anyone do a double take and makes for an interesting surprise gift.
4. Mullet for your Mutt – $9.99
Calling all dog lovers. Just when you thought you couldn't give your dog a proper mullet.... The "All American" mullet headband includes 6 inches of brown mullet hair attached to a red, white and blue headband of "complete freedom."

Apparently replicas of human body fat are quite popular on Amazon; they're even available in different sizes. According to the seller, the replica pictured above represents the approximate volume of one pound of human fatty tissue—perfect for weight loss motivation and education.
8. UFO Crash Site Soil – $15.72
Science fiction aficionados, rejoice. This soil is said to have been collected from the yet-to-be-proven UFO crash site near Corona, New Mexico, in 1947. The allegedly legendary soil also comes complete with a certificate of authenticity.
9. Nothing – $9.99
Have you ever been a part of a conversation like this one: "What do you want for your birthday?" "Nothing." Well, problem solved. The next time someone responds with, "Nothing," you'll know where to shop. The "nothing" comes with a card that reads: "You have been given the gift of nothing. Absolutely nothing! ...
