FS Bancorp, Inc. Announces Stock Repurchase Program

MOUNTLAKE TERRACE, Wash., July 28, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- FS Bancorp, Inc. (“Company”) (NASDAQ:FSBW), the holding company for 1st Security Bank of Washington, today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to 325,000 shares of the Company’s common stock or 10% of the Company’s outstanding shares. The shares may be purchased in the open market or in privately negotiated transactions, from time to time over a 12-month period until August 31, 2016, depending upon market conditions and other factors.
