(the "Bank"), announced the completion of its November 2014, 5% stock repurchase program. A total of 1,023,266 shares were repurchased at an average price of $15.93 per share. In addition, the Company will continue to repurchase shares in the open market under its most recent stock repurchase program announced on July 1, 2015, where 971,271 shares were approved for repurchase.
