NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Aug. 12, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pacific Health Care Organization, Inc., (the "Company") (OTCQB: PFHO) today announced its financial results for the periods ended June 30, 2015.
The Company reported net income of $439,101, or $0.55 per basic and fully diluted common share for the second quarter ended June 30, 2015 compared to net income of $500,665, or $0.62 per basic and fully diluted common share, for the second quarter ended June 30, 2014. For the first six months of 2015, the Company reported net income of $947,342 or $1.19 per basic and fully diluted common share, compared to net income of $947,226 or $1.18 per basic and fully diluted common share for the first six months of 2014.
Total revenues for the second quarter 2015 were $2,261,105, compared to $2,298,211 for the same period in 2014, a decrease of $37,106 or 2 percent. For the first six months of 2015, the Company recorded total revenue of $4,630,203 compared to total revenues of $4,326,880 for the same period in 2014, an increase of $303,323, or 7 percent.
Net cash provided by operations decreased to $813,032 during the six months ended June 30, 2015, from $847,619 for the same period in 2014, a decrease of $34,587 or 4 percent.
Cash balance at June 30, 2015 and December 31, 2014 was $3,618,333 and $2,946,025, respectively.
