(NASDAQ:UCBI), reported that its Board of Directors increased its regular quarterly cash dividend from five to six cents per common share. The dividend is payable October 1, 2015, to shareholders of record on September 15, 2015.
"The quarterly cash dividend represents a payout ratio of 19 percent based on recently reported second quarter's operating earnings," stated Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jimmy Tallent.
