HOUSTON, Aug. 18, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Francesca's Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ:FRAN) today announced that Sei Jin Alt, Chief Merchandising Officer, will be resigning from the Company to spend more time with her family and pursue other interests. The Company has initiated a search for a new Chief Merchandising Officer. To facilitate a smooth transition, Ms. Alt will remain in her current role until November 20, 2015.
