Community West Bancshares Authorizes Stock Repurchase Program

GOLETA, Calif., Aug. 31, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Community West Bancshares (NASDAQ:CWBC), parent company of Community West Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $3 million of the outstanding common stock of the Company. The repurchase program is expected to be executed over no more than a two-year period. Stock repurchases may be made from time to time on the open market or through privately negotiated transactions. The timing of purchases and the exact number of shares to be purchased will depend on market conditions.
