The Female Health Company Receives Orders for 15 Million FC2 From Brazil

CHICAGO, Aug. 31, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Female Health Company (NASDAQ:FHCO) today announced that, its exclusive distributor in Brazil, Semina Indústria e Comércio Ltda has placed orders for 15 million FC2 Female Condoms.

"These orders have been received in fulfillment of the Brazilian Ministry of Health tender awarded in 2014 for up to 50 million units which expired on August 20, 2015," noted O.B. Parrish, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Female Health Company. "This brings the total number of FC2 Female Condoms ordered under the tender to 40 million."
