Poore is also a faculty member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), where he teaches courses on the chief experience officer and patient experiences.
Motivational speaker, best-selling author, and Dancing With the Stars alum, J.R. Martinez, will close the conference on Tuesday. Injured while serving in Iraq, the U.S. Army veteran now shares his stories of overcoming adversity with others. He's appeared on television shows including Oprah, 60 Minutes, and The View and is author of Full of Heart: My Story of Survival, Strength, and Spirit.
