Healthcare Case Management Service Gets a Boost

HAMPTON, Va., Sept. 10, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Last year, Patient Advocate Foundation's (PAF) professional advocates helped 88,962 patients nationwide with chronic, debilitating and life threatening diseases overcome healthcare obstacles ranging from debt crisis issues to insurance access challenges at no cost to the patient or their caregiver. With an average of nearly 20 individual contacts per case within the case management division, PAF is only able to maintain the level of "high touch" patient interaction through charitable donations.
