MCLEAN, Va., Sept. 24, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gladstone Commercial Corporation (NASDAQ:GOOD) (the "Company" or "Gladstone Commercial") announced today that it has executed a 7 year lease with Cardiac Cath Lab of Baytown, LP ("CCL") for 6,791 square feet at the Company's 12,000 square foot Baytown, TX medical office property. The property is adjacent to the San Jacinto Methodist Hospital and the lease is scheduled to commence January 1, 2016. CCL is a joint venture between seven doctors and National Cardiovascular Partners and will use the space to operate an outpatient cardiac catheterization and vascular lab.
