We look forward to partnering with TOMI to expand its share of the disinfection market."

Dr. Halden Shane, TOMI's Chief Executive Officer, stated: "This distribution agreement demonstrates our growing traction in deploying our SteraMist platform internationally and building our reputation as a leader in global infectious disease control and bacteria decontamination. Our partnership with the Singapore Distribution Team provides its extensive customer base with access to our SteraMist disinfection solutions. We look forward to working together to further explore and grow our presence in Singapore. As awareness of our products grows both domestically and internationally, we are working diligently to pursue continued sales of our leading, cutting-edge technology around the world."

The agreement partners the Singapore Distribution Team's product portfolio with TOMI's SteraMist brand of products. SteraMist is powered by TOMI's patented Binary Ionization Technology (BIT™) and addresses numerous applications in hospitals and healthcare facilities, as well as numerous other applications and industries. On June 24, 2015, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) registered BIT™ as a two-stage rapid disinfection system for use as a healthcare-hospital disinfectant.
