The pumpkin spice craze has officially gone gourmet.
Joining the ranks of Starbucks, Nestle and Kellogg is Chomp Eatery, a restaurant in Los Angeles that is unveiling a pumpkin-inspired burger for the fall season.
The Cinnamon Crumb Doughnut Fried Chicken Burger is part of the shop's new autumn-inspired menu and it's a pumpkin-spice showstopper.
Chomp partnered with next door neighbor and renowned doughnut shop, DK's Donuts, to create the burger, according to Nerdist, an entertainment news site that first reported the mash-up.
The base of the sandwich is DK's specialty cinnamon spice doughnut, sliced in half and topped with a fried chicken patty, provolone cheese, arugula, tomatoes and, the kicker, pumpkin spice aioli.
The Cinnamon Crumb Donut Fried Chicken Burger will cost $5.99 and will debut on Oct. 6. But get them while they're hot: these burgers will only be available for the month of October.
