As part of these proceedings, and as required by the Bar Date Order, on August 11, 2015, Yellow Cab Affiliation sent, via first-class U.S. mail, the Bar Date Notice to any potential creditor, or party that may have a monetary claim against the Company, whose identity was known by the Company. Note that mere receipt of the Notice does not necessarily mean that a recipient has a claim.

Proof of claim forms, a copy of the Bar Date Order and the Company's bankruptcy schedules may be obtained by visiting the website of Epiq Bankruptcy Solutions, LLC ("Epiq"), the Company's claims and notice agent, http://dm.epiq11.com/yellowcab or by calling 1-646-282-2400.

While the Company is working diligently to move through this process as quickly as possible, there are no set dates for when the Plan will be filed or approved, or when claims will be reconciled and paid.
