CHICAGO, Oct. 06, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Paul Winum, Ph.D., ABPP will address the NYSE Governance Services 12th Annual Boardroom Summit on Tuesday, October 13th. His topic is “What Makes a Board Great?”. In the session, he will present findings from RHR International’s research program comparing great to average boards and will discuss implications for making your board great.
“Great boards continually invest in learning what they can do to improve their effectiveness,” says Dr. Winum. “The imperative and opportunity have never been higher for a board of directors to add value in support of an enterprise’s survival and success. Ultimately, great boards win in the marketplace, and our research on what makes a board great provides practical guidance to those seeking to continually improve their contribution to the organizations they direct.”
