A veteran of the sales staffing acquisition industry, Agee brings 17 years of experience to the company. Starting her career at a traditional staffing agency, Jennifer worked for 13 years in various recruiting, sales and leadership roles. Prior to joining ProActivate, Jennifer was the global director of recruiting for a large sales and marketing company based in Plano, TX. At this company she was responsible for a corporate and retail recruiting team that had more than 70 team members and delivered in excess of 25,000 hires annually across the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. She also worked as the vice president of RPO Solutions at Blue Edge, where she lead a large team hiring more than 10,000 sales and retail associates annually for a diverse base of customers.
A graduate of Texas Women’s University, Jennifer received a Bachelor’s in History degree.
