Williams Mullen Welcomes Former Skadden Associate Vanessa Yearick to Corporate Practice

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., Oct. 20, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Williams Mullen is pleased to announce the addition of Vanessa Yearick as a Senior Associate in the firm's Business & Corporate practice in Virginia Beach. Ms. Yearick joins Williams Mullen after seven years as a Corporate Finance associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York. She assists public companies and investment banks in a variety of securities transactions, including public offerings of equity and debt securities, private placements and tender offers.

She also has experience assisting real estate investment trusts in securities transactions. She received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
