A man walked into an Apple store wielding a Samurai sword at New York City's flagship Fifth Avenue location Friday afternoon.

WNBC reported that two off-duty police officers tackled the disturbed 30-year-old after he was observed waving the sword around his head, dropping it on the stair platform, and then walking down the stairs holding the sword over his right shoulder.

The officers were paid by Apple to provide security at the flagship location, according to the report. Apple did not immediately return calls for comment.
