MOLINE, Ill., Nov. 20, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- QCR Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:QCRH) today announced that on November 17, 2015 the Company's board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.04 per share payable on January 6, 2016, to stockholders of record on December 18, 2015. Starting with this dividend, the board of directors has resolved to evaluate future dividend payments on a quarterly basis, as opposed to the current practice of semi-annual dividends.
