(Nasdaq:HABT) ("The Habit" or the "Company") today announced that, in light of current capital market conditions, its previously announced secondary offering of shares of common stock to be sold by certain of the Company's stockholders has been postponed. The Company's registration statement on Form S-1, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") and pursuant to which the Company would receive no proceeds, has not been withdrawn and the Company and certain of the Company's stockholders expect to continue to evaluate the potential for and timing of such secondary offering by certain of the Company's stockholders.
Piper Jaffray & Co., Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are acting as lead book-runners for the offering. Raymond James & Associates, Inc. is also acting as a book-runner for the offering and Stifel and Stephens Inc. are acting as co-managers for the offering.
