PHILADELPHIA and TANGIER, Morocco, Dec. 8, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hill International (NYSE:HIL), the global leader in managing construction risk, announced today that it has received a contract from Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company Morocco SARL to provide quantity surveying and cost management consultancy services in connection with the Al Houara Coastal Resort.
The Al Houara Coastal Resort is located on a 234-hectare (578-acre) oceanfront site on the Atlantic coast of Tangier, Morocco. With approximately 270,000 square meters (2.9 million square feet) of total built-up area, the development will be a mixed-use golf and beach resort including a 300-key hotel, 150-key resort and spa, apartments, beach- and golf-view villas, a club house, an 18-hole golf course and various entertainment amenities.
