Toll Brothers on Tuesday reported fiscal fourth-quarter earnings of $147.2 million.
The Horsham, Pennsylvania-based company said it had profit of 80 cents per share.
The results did not meet Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of nine analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 83 cents per share.
The home builder posted revenue of $1.44 billion in the period, topping Street forecasts. Four analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $1.4 billion.
For the year, the company reported profit of $363.2 million, or $1.97 per share. Revenue was reported as $4.17 billion.
Toll Brothers expects full-year revenue in the range of $4.5 billion to $5.6 billion.
Toll Brothers shares have climbed 9.5 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has increased 8 percent in the last 12 months.
