The Nestlé Waters North America-owned brand said in a statement that it had received four complaints from consumers of glass in the product, but no one reported any injuries. The company noted that recall is the result of glass breakage during the filling process of the product.

Consumers can return the product directly to the store it was purchased from or contact Sweet Leaf directly for a replacement product.
