(NYSE:HST) announced today that its board of directors authorized a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share on the Company’s common stock representing an annual dividend yield of over 5%, based on yesterday’s closing stock price. The dividend is payable on January 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2015.
