Bottom Fishing: Top Turnaround Plays for 2016

As 2015 comes to a close, the "Halftime Report" traders went bottom fishing and gave their top turnaround plays for 2016.

Steve Weiss is betting on hospitals--particularly HCA Holdings. He believes we've already seen the repercussions of the Affordable Care Act, and that the stock will be up again next year.

Sarat Sethi is looking at Qualcomm. Given the company's earnings potential and 4% dividend yield, Sethi thinks 2016 could be a good year for the mobile technology company.

Pete Najarian thinks Lululemon is set for a comeback despite the crowded athleisure space.

Jon Najarian believes that Viacom has a lot of upside potential given its strong brands.
