(BMV:ICA) (NYSE:ICA), the largest infrastructure and construction company in Mexico, stated that it has agreed with an equity investor to engage in a series of future transactions related to certain of the low income real estate assets of its housing development subsidiary, ViveICA. ICA does not expect that the transactions, if completed, will result in cash generation for the parent company, but does expect them to provide additional working capital for the assets subject to the transactions.
