The Katy, Texas neighborhood was honored at the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Houston Chapter Awards Gala on January 9 at the University of Houston's Hilton hotel.
The Community of the Year award is given to the community association which has exhibited excellence over the course of the past year in the areas of management, governance, finance and lifestyle opportunities.
