Columbia Business School Private Equity & Venture Capital Conference Welcomes David Rubenstein, Arif Naqvi, Molly Ashby and More

NEW YORK, Feb. 15, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Private Equity & Venture Capital Club, a student-led organization at Columbia Business School, will host its 22nd annual conference at the Marriott Marquis in New York City on Friday, February 19, 2016. The event is open to industry professionals and the public at large, with tickets available for purchase at www.cbspevcconference.com.

Each year, the Columbia Business School Private Equity & Venture Capital Conference brings together 500 students, faculty, alumni and industry professionals and has quickly become the industry's pinnacle platform for discourse on private sector investments. The theme of the 2016 conference is "Creating Value in Dynamic Markets," and will feature distinguished keynote speakers including:

  • David Rubenstein, Co-Founder and Co-CEO, The Carlyle Group
  • Arif Naqvi, Founder and Group Chief Executive, The Abraaj Group
  • Molly Ashby, Founder, Chairman and CEO, Solera Capital
