International Land Alliance Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

SAN DIEGO, Feb. 16, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- International Land Alliance, Inc. (“ILA” or the “Company”) today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering (IPO) of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for proposed offering have not yet been determined.

The Company’s legal counsel is Adam S. Tracy of the Securities Compliance Group of Wheaton, IL and Beverly Hills, CA; and its independent auditor is K. Brice Toussaint, CPA of Dallas, TX.
