TerraForm Power, Inc. Reports a Delay in Filing Its Form 10-K

BETHESDA, Md., Feb. 29, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TerraForm Power, Inc. (Nasdaq:TERP), an owner and operator of clean energy power plants, today filed Form 12b-25 with the SEC indicating that the filing of our annual financial statements for 2015 on Form 10-K will be delayed. The delay in filing is due principally to the need to complete all steps and tasks necessary to finalize the Company’s annual financial statements and other disclosures required to be in the filing. We currently expect to file Form 10-K by the extended deadline of March 15, 2016. We are deferring a decision on our 4Q 2015 dividend until we complete our annual financial statements and resolve other pending matters.

You should understand that it is not possible to predict or identify all such factors and, consequently, you should not consider any such list to be a complete set of all potential risks or uncertainties.
