Washington Trust Bancorp, Inc. Increases Quarterly Dividend

WESTERLY, R.I., March 17, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Washington Trust Bancorp, Inc., (NASDAQ:WASH), today declared a quarterly dividend of 36 cents per share for the quarter ending March 31, 2016. This represents a two-cent, or 6%, increase over the most recent quarterly dividend rate. The dividend will be paid April 14, 2016 to shareholders of record on April 1, 2016.
