Baccarat's crystal cocktail

Raise a glass.

Baccarat has been making fine French crystal for the world's wealthy for 250 years. Stepping into the lobby of New York City's Baccarat Hotel is like entering a crystal palace.

The hotel has more than 16,000 Baccarat glasses at the ready for super-rich guests. Despite the cost of up to $350 for drinks at the hotel's bar, customers must leave the glass behind.

Decadence D'Or cupcake

For the high roller with a sweet tooth, there's a special dessert at The Venetian Las Vegas that you won't find on the menu.

The Decadence D'Or Cupcake is made with Venezuelan chocolate that costs $100 a pound. The cake is sprinkled with 24-karat gold flakes and gold caviar, then topped with a hand-blown sugar crown that's filled with $2,500-a-bottle cognac. Made by special request only, the cupcake is hand delivered by a butler.

'Zillion-dollar' lobster frittata

For the super rich, this is the ultimate breakfast of champions.

The world's most expensive omelette starts with six eggs, 10 ounces of caviar (at $65 an ounce) and a generous serving of lobster. Called the "Zillion Dollar Lobster Frittata," it's served at Norma's restaurant inside New York City's Le Parker Meridien.

The restaurant said about 12 are served each year.

Talk about really rich chocolate.

Master chocolatier Fritz Knipschildt makes the most expensive chocolate truffles ever sold. Hidden under layers of dark chocolate from Ecuador sits a Perigord truffle — a pricey French fungus that sells for nearly $1,600 a pound.

The Billionaire Margarita

This cocktail brings new meaning to "top shelf."

The "Billionaire Margarita" can only be ordered at The London Bar in New York City. It includes a splash of cognac that costs $2,500 a bottle, house-made bitters, organic citrus and a rare tequila priced at $7,500 a bottle.

Patron en Lalique Serie 1, the tequila used in the cocktail, isn't like the ones you knocked back in college. It's aged four years at minimum, and comes in a handcrafted Lalique crystal decanter.

Martini on the Rock

Have your martini garnished with olives — and a couple of carats.

The "Martini on the Rock" is a made-to-order, five-figure cocktail available at the Algonquin Hotel in midtown Manhattan. The price includes access to the hotel's personal jeweler, who helps select the perfect rock to garnish the unforgettable martini.

The jewel is yours to keep, and prices start at $10,000. But the real beauty is, this kind of ice won't water down your drink.

There's one way to make any food super rich: Just add caviar.

The price of these tiny treats is based on size, texture, flavor and color. The perfect egg is nutty, creamy and has a golden color. A single batch from one fish could be worth up to $100,000.

For the super rich, a million-dollar smile can cost as little as $100,000.

Dr. Michael Apa, a dentist with offices in New York City and Dubai, has a client list of models and superstars who are willing to pay big bucks for a set of custom porcelain veneers.

Each veneer is handcrafted and requires hours of baking, shaping and polishing. Apa said there is a three-month waiting list for a consultation at his Dubai office.
